Brett Hill, Ahlers, Cressman & Sleight

About Brett Hill:

Brett Hill has served on the NUCA Board as Secretary and as Legislative Committee Chair for numerous years.

Brett M. Hill, a Member at Ahlers Cressman & Sleight PLLC, concentrates his practice on representation of the construction industry in a variety of matters. He has over 18 years of construction litigation experience where he has handled numerous complex construction disputes for national and multi-national construction companies.

Contractor Director Candidates:

Andy Albrecht, Pacific Civil Infrastructure

Andy is a current Contractor Director up for re-election.

Andy Albrecht is the President and Founder of Pacific Civil Infrastructure. He has served on the NUCA Board of Directors for several years as well as being an active member of the NUCA Legislative Committee.

Jeremy Fudge, Pivetta Brothers

Jeremy Fudge is a current Contractor Director up for re-election.

Jeremy Fudge has served on the NUCA Board of Directors for the past four years. 

Jason Lane, Howard S Wright

Jason Lane is a current Contractor Director up for re-election.

Jason Lane has served on the NUCA Board of Directors for several terms, including as Vice President. Jason provides hands-on experience and expertise to our Workforce Development Committee, focusing on the next generation of construction leadership. 

Jason has been a NUCA member for numerous years and is currently a Specialty Contractor member from Howard S Wright. 

Associate Director Candidates:

Mike Foote, Modern Machinery

Mike Foote is a current Associate Director running for re-election.

Mike Foote has been a NUCA member for several decades, including serving on it’s Board of Directors for just as long. He is the Volunteer Chair for Dozer Day, and has participated on the Auction Committee for over 20 years. 

Spencer Kull, CalPortland

Spencer Kull is a current Associate Director running for re-election.

Spencer Kull has been a NUCA member for over a decade, serving on it’s Board of Directors for the past 4 years. Spencer has served on the Dozer Day Committee over the past 3 years being an integral part of growing and creating the event.

Scott Souter, Brown & Brown

Scott Souter has been a longstanding NUCA member, first with NUCA of Southwest Washington before relocating to Seattle last year. Scott is now volunteering for the Dozer Day Committee providing any support especially in setup leading up to the days of the event and after the event, as well as with the NUCA Golf Committee. 

John Winters, D.P. Nicoli, Inc.

John Winters has been in the shoring industry for over 15 years and been a NUCA member for over a decade. He currently participates by attending several NUCA events such as Dozer Day and the golf tournament.
