Details of the Change Order Legislation

The Washington State Legislature recently passed a bill (SSB 6192) that made significant changes to change order laws. The bill applies change order requirements, currently applied to public works, to private construction as well. It also adds subcontractors and suppliers to change order laws.
In this webinar, Brett Hill of Ahlers Cressman & Sleight will describe the changes and discuss what utility contractors and suppliers need to do to be in compliance.
