Legislative Advocacy

  • NUCA of WA created the Public Works Trust fund, with over $3 Billion in funding for public works projects?
  • NUCA of WA defends and protects the Public Works Trust Fund through NUCA member voices and lobbying?
  • NUCA of WA has a strong voter voice at the federal level through NUCA National?
  • In 2012, NUCA of WA helped revise the 811 Dig Law and placed more responsibility on utility owners and created dispute resolution for contractors?
