Topic: This presentation is about using the safety committee complaint process and how to prepare for it.
There will be a presentation of a mock review where both speakers will assume the role of complainant and respondent, run through a shortened version of the process and engage the audience in decision making regarding the complaint presented. It will give us an opportunity to discuss the roles and responsibilities of both excavators and facility operators. If time allows, we will also talk about the stakeholder process and the dig law changes currently being discussed for introduction in the 2023 legislative session.
