The May board meeting will be in-person before the member meeting.
This Board meeting is open to all members and invited guests for the public portion of the meeting. Please RSVP so you can receive all the pertinent information in preparation for our board meeting to ensure all are informed and prepared.
Board Meeting Guest Information 1-2-3:
- You will receive an agenda before the meeting indicating when the Members Forum will be (it is typically last). The only portion not open to the public is when the Board is in Executive Session which typically happens at the beginning of any meeting if it is needed.
- Board meeting guests can sit outside the board table to observe the meeting
- Guests will have the opportunity to bring items to the board during the Members Forum or provide feedback which is designated at the end of the meeting.
